Bu bedele KDV dahildir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.2: Bu bedele t\u00fcm i\u015flerin yap\u0131m\u0131 iskele kurulmas\u0131, s\u00f6k\u00fclmesi gerekli her t\u00fcrl\u00fc malzeme, ekipman, i\u015f\u00e7ilik, at\u00f6lye, te\u00e7hizat, alet ve edevat giderleri, lisans, patent g\u00fcmr\u00fck, sigorta, ambalaj, nakliye, y\u00fckleme, bo\u015faltma, istif ve depolama, malzeme ve bina g\u00fcvenli\u011fi gerekli testlerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 masraflar vs. her t\u00fcrl\u00fc vergi, resim ve har\u00e7lar\u0131, i\u015f\u00e7i \u00fccret, ikramiye ve tazminatlar\u0131, fazla mesai \u00fccretleri, izin ve tatil \u00fccretleri, t\u00fcm Sosyal Sigorta primleri, kanunlar\u0131n ve toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerinin i\u015f\u00e7ilere sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 di\u011fer haklar, genel sevk ve idare, faiz, komisyon, risk, m\u00fcteahhit kar\u0131 ve genel giderler dahildir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.2: M\u00fcteahhit, malzeme ve i\u015f\u00e7ilik \u00fccretlerinde art\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funu asgari \u00fccretin artt\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funu, m\u00fccbir sebeplere istinaden s\u00fcre uzat\u0131m\u0131 verilmi\u015f bulundu\u011funu veya ba\u015fka bir sebebi ileri s\u00fcrerek, birim fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n ve s\u00f6zle\u015fme bedelinin de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesini talep edemez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5-\u00d6DEME \u015eARTLARI:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.1: \u0130\u015fbu s\u00f6zle\u015fme bedeli s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin imzalanmas\u0131n\u0131 takip eden aydan ba\u015flamak \u00fczere 15 e\u015fit taksitte \u00f6denecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.2: Kalder&nbsp; Sitesi B Blok toplam 30 daireden m\u00fcte\u015fekkil olup her bir kat maliki toplam \u2026.TL (\u2026T\u00fcrk Liras\u0131) \u00f6demekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr. Her bir kat maliki bu bedeli 15 e\u015fit taksitte \u00f6deyecektir. Personele ait t\u00fcm masraflar, yol ve yemek giderleri, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc vergi, resim ve har\u00e7lar\u0131, i\u015f\u00e7i \u00fccret, ikramiye ve tazminatlar\u0131, fazla mesai \u00fccretleri, izin ve tatil \u00fccretleri, sosyal sigortalar primleri, i\u015f\u00e7i ve i\u015fveren hisselerini kanunlar\u0131n ve toplu i\u015f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerinin i\u015f\u00e7ilere sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 di\u011fer haklardan m\u00fcteahhit sorumludur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.3: M\u00fcteahhit i\u015fin yap\u0131m\u0131 s\u00fcresince malzemeler ve ekipmanlar\u0131n h\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131k ve di\u011fer tehlikelere kar\u015f\u0131 g\u00fcvenli\u011fi, iskelelerin g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ve iskeleler kullan\u0131lmak suretiyle binalarda meydana gelebilecek h\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131k olaylar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 gece bek\u00e7isi bulundurmak zorundad\u0131r.
